We’re excited to announce new benefits available to all employees at Barron Industries.
Barron has contracted with Dynamic HR to offer four health insurance plans through Priority Health and one of the options – the Silver HMO plan—provides totally free coverage for employees and their families.
Without ANY weekly payroll deductions, employees now get one hundred percent coverage for all preventative services including office visits, physicals, well baby office visits, immunizations, lab tests, X-rays, mammograms, and vision and hearing screening. As for prescriptions, the free plan offers generic drugs for just a $20 copay.
Our new plan also gives employees fully covered video visits, allowing the doctor to check them out from head to toe, just as if they’re in the exam room. Or, with a fully covered e- visit, doctors will diagnose and treat employees the same day.
Barron is also offering an optional Dynamic Delta Dental Plan covering up to $1200 of dental work.
And in addition to our excellent health plans, Barron offers a 401k plan and matches employee contributions of up to 4 percent of their pay. We also provide life insurance, 10 paid holidays and vacation after one year.
