For over 30 years, Barron Industries has been a key supplier and partner to leading ground-based defense and aerospace companies which rely on Barron for technical expertise in metals, lightweighting technologies, and design for manufacturability of precision machined castings.
Recognizing that lot traceability is critical to the Aerospace and Defense industries, Barron makes full use of the PLEX ERP system which provides real time, work-in-process tracking via barcode labels. Permanent serialization is achieved with laser etching.

All components are manufactured under Barron Industries AS9100 Certified quality system which includes NADCAP certification of its Non-Destructive testing services. We perform all testing, inspection, and certification in- house reducing costs and lead times by an average of 30 percent.

As an AS9100 manufacturer, Barron Industries produces critical aluminum precision components utilized in missiles, aircraft and drone technologies in both domestic and foreign markets. Components produced include: the forward canard section for a 2000lb. jet launched ordinance; fuel and HVAC components on the Apache helicopter, and HVAC systems on the Boeing 767.
Oil & Gas
Barron Industries provides engineered metal solutions to the largest oil & gas companies around the globe. Barron has become a preferred source in the supply of safety critical components utilized on land and offshore drilling operations as well as hydraulic fracturing applications. Barron Industries was recently selected as the designated technology partner in the development of a patented cast specialty alloy for dissolvable plug and perf operations.
HIGH STRENGTH X-RAY QUALITY ALLOYS
Barron Industries certifies castings to API standards utilizing in-house x-ray and Non Destructive Testing. These capabilities are most important to customers who design for down-hole and rig handling applications.
All materials are manufactured for internal strength and exceptional resistance to corrosion and wear. We pour alloy steel, stainless steel, and aluminum, as well as specialty, high-strength steels including 4330 and 8625 for use in load-bearing components.

Barron supplied thin-wall, high strength aluminum investment castings for the space frame and suspension of the Google self-driving car. Chrysler engineers selected stainless steel investment castings as the best option for a fuel filler door for the Dodge Viper and Barron also produces aluminum investment castings for the Mustang GT 500.
